About Close-Up
I started Close-Up with you in mind. The name Close-Up is a double entendre; it hints to the camera, but more importantly, it speaks to the way I operate. It's necessary for me to obtain a "close-up" perspective of you and your business. Partner with me so your audience can have a new "lens" to learn about your brand, products and services.

Before I made Close-Up videos, I made Air Force videos.
My Background
I joined the Air Force in 2015. I was trained as a broadcast journalist and for 6 years I had the privilege to work at the global headquarters for joint-military communications. I worked on several high visibility projects, including videos for the SECAF, CSAF, and CMSAF. (Those are acronyms for the Air Force's highest-ranking officials. They work at The Pentagon with the President.) Working alongside extremely talented people enabled me to develop my vocation.
I have received professional training in TV and Radio production, specifically in videography, editing, writing, lighting and voice training. In the military I had many roles. While working as a Video Content Producer and Social Media Manager, I really found my niche. At the core, all my training supports one goal: effective communication. Creating engaging video content is one of the most efficient ways to communicate and broaden your audience.
After the military I moved back home to Ohio with my wife, Haley. I quickly realized the market need in our local area that Close-Up could fill. My past work experiences have equipped me to use my camera as a tool for others. I earnestly seek to continue serving the community. I look forward to partnering with businesses that aim to grow.
